We deliver products domestically and internationally using Swedish Post Service and DHL (1-3 days domestically and 2-10 business days for international delivery’s). Free Shipping to Sweden for all orders over 500kr & international order over $100. Shipping cost under 500kr in Sweden cost 69 kr flat rate, International shipping cost is$20 under a $100.

You will receive an automated e-mail with a tracking reference as soon as you’r order has left our wear-house. Please contact us on info@happicollective.com if you haven’t received any email with you’r shipping details.

If you receive a faulty item or for some reason your not happi with you’r purchase and need to make an return. Contact us through info@happicollective.com to receive your return/exchange form. fill in the form with you’r purchase number, reason for return and if you need an refund or exchange. We don’t do return’s if you simply changed your mind so please chose carefully when shopping at Happi Collective. Unwashed, unworn or unused items in original condition ( with tags) may be returned upon presentation of your original invoice up to 14 days after receiving your order. There will be no refund of the original postage and return post is at your expense (except on faulty items).A return form will be sent to your email, that you can pay for, print out and attach to your parcel to send the items back. We take no responsibility for lost or missing returned orders.You can choose between a refund, exchange or credit if the goods are faulty.
